Absolutely fantastic dealership. The staff is super friendly and treat you like family. I would recommend Nissan of Venice to anyone I know extremely nice staff and dealership. Matt the salesman was super awesome and very knowledgeable and personable. Rob in finance made the process so easy and quick super friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market and will return and purchase another car. Also it’s my first Nissan product and love it one of my all time favorites cars I’ve owned. I’ve had 6 Kia’s previous to this pathfinder and this pathfinder is my all time favorite extremely comfortable and quite extremely happy with my new purchase. Also Maricela and Thomas the salesman managers were the best I’ve experienced in buying a new car they knew what I wanted and got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted out the door fantastic managers they make the atmosphere their enjoyable and so friendly.

Great experience at Nissan of Venice. The team was great but Sabian who sold me the car was patient and took good care of me and my daughter on her 1st car. I highly recommend this dealer and if you go look for Sabian as I am sure he will do right by you too.

Took my truck to Carly Lavery at the collision center Nissan and had some custom paint work done on my brand new Titan . Carly asked me what I needed and said give me the keys and got the painter and we had a quick pow wow and within a couple of days my truck is fantastic… so happy Great place , fantastic customer service. I also had scratches on the front tow hooks when I purchased the truck brand new. Sales gave me a we/owe to repair.. Carly also handled the paint work on this issue for me!! Spectacular job Looks amazing…. Thanks for everything body shop Best in the business!!!

We always have our 350Z serviced here. Chris in the service department is top notch and always takes fabulous care of our Z. We have utilized this service department since we purchased the Z in 2005. This visit was for an oil change, to replace 4 TPMS sensors and program the new ones, fix the convertible top so it works properly as it would stop before opening completely. Chris gave us a very reasonable estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. They did fabulous job and we are very happy with the result. They also performed a complimentary multi point inspection. The inspection showed no other issues. Thank you Nissan of Venice and Chris.

Today was my lucky day! I met Steve Schultz in the body department! Steve gave me an estimate for a decent sized dent on my 2019 Cadillac bumper - a couple ways to go. My door was also rubbing alittle from the impact. He had that fixed before I left!I was concerned about the bottom line of the work that needed to be done. For the dent part, he recommended I call Mike from Dents Now to come look at it for an estimate for that part. Dent about the size of a nan's palm. Well, Mike came out and 100% removed every trace of the dent. I defy anyone to find it! His price was very reasonable. Needless to say, without both of these wonderful, kind, caring excellent at their jobs, men... I would not be left with just a tiny touch up paint spot!! Nissan General Manager, you have a Consultant in Steve Schultz, who truly cares about the customer! I can't sing his praises loud enough! I was blessed today by meeting Steve and also Mike! I recommend Nissan Body Shop and Steve to anyone who wants someone who cares and is willing to help get your car repaired....whatever and whomever it takes to do so! ((Don't bother looking at the pictures I attached...there is nothing there anymore!!!! ))

Top-hole service here. Began to have trouble with a LEAF main battery and did some diagnostics myself and presented them to the staff. They did their own diags to confirm and I have a new strong battery only 3 weeks later. Also- the best waiting room coffee anywhere!
